Maurice Sigler, Al Goodhart & Al Hoffman.  Published by Joe Morris Music Co. of NYC in 1936.   Great Cliff Miska (lower left corner artist credit) cover illustration of couple hugging in Movie audience watching romantic film on screen.  Standard format
in size; clever lyrics.  Inside page says this tune is a sensation in England.  I'd consider this piece to be somewahat rare.

years old, having been in my collection the last 40 years.  It display well & is historically important.
